These ranged from being a college president turning around a bankrupt collete to pioneering work as the CIO of a nationwide intelligence community to serving as CEO of an international humanitarian organization operating in 20 countries.

Dr. Mike gives special focus to equipping executives with the strategic perspectives and skills required of C-Suite duties.He frequently coaches entire leadership teams as a group and individually. He provides them with clarity on the distinction between the leadership and management aspects of their function and equips them to excel at both.
